Casey ARC is home to a fully-equipped gym with electronic, pin loaded, and free weight machines. Our membership grants you access to:

Support, guidance, education, results. We are invested in your success. We offer every member a personal success plan at no additional cost. The plan is flexible and can be used by anyone, from complete beginners to experienced exercisers. You also have the support of a qualified fitness instructor to help you achieve your goals. You can make an appointment at the Reception or by calling.
Week 1 – A Planning Session and Program Run Through Includes Goal Setting, Exercise, Measurements, and Fitness Testing. Our staff will provide ongoing support and demonstrations to help you create the right program.
Week 2 – Program check A personalized experience that will help you to assess your technique and make any necessary adjustments. This will keep you on track, and it will inspire you to reach your goals.
Ongoing – Review and Updates Re-measure your goals, retest them and reevaluate them. Your results could stagnate if you don’t make changes. To ensure that you are motivated, confident, and making progress, your program review and update will be available to you as often as necessary.
24/7 Gym
Casey ARC is one three ONE Casey gyms that are open 24/7. Also available are CaseyRACE, Endeavour Hills Leisure Center.
Flexibility is a way to live, especially for those who are time-poor. We offer more flexibility to our members.
This exciting development will allow us to give members the opportunity to break down time barriers and make sure they reach their fitness and health goals at Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre and Casey RACE. We aim to make people happier and healthier by removing obstacles and offering options to suit everyone’s lifestyles.
Members will need to go through an induction process to be able to access the centre during non-staff hours. Members will be invited to the induction session online.
