OUR APPROACH

G1 Early Education is a place where children can be themselves. G1 Early Education, G1 Early Education, we believe in providing an environment of learning that is warm and inviting in which children are encouraged to discover, make and discover the world around them.

Our well-designed play spaces give children endless opportunities to enjoy both outdoor and indoor playing freely. The environment, we believe is the 3rd teacher, therefore it is crucial that our play areas encourage children to explore their environment!

The other area of our curriculum that we integrate into is our educational Curriculum that is that is designed to view children in a holistic way – helping every child’s development physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually. We believe that children are active decision makers in their own education, and we encourage our young learners to direct and lead their own activities – obviously, with help from our teachers.
We at G1 Early Education we understand the importance and value of building strong relationships with our families. We strive to make this happen with every person who enters our doors. We recognize that when can be shared in open dialogue between educators and families, greater outcomes are possible for children. Our educational program is shaped by children’s curiosity as well as their thirst for knowledge and their natural need to know.

In G1 Early Education Your child will be immersed in an exciting and extensive program of learning that incorporates arts, drama, and music and the study of languages. Literacy and numeracy instruction along with learning and teaching opportunities have been integrated into all aspects of our curriculum. This means that your child will be developing fundamental skills that will enable them to go on to higher education, while also having fun.

Every transition, interaction and routine provides an opportunity for learning. Children learn best when they the context of play-based learning that is self-directed in which they are aided and enriched by enthusiastic and skilled teachers.

It is important to note that the Curriculum for G1 Early Learning is built upon the National Early Years Learning Framework. This framework guides us in the assessment and planning of the learning experience of children and provides the foundation for ensuring that our center, with its intentional teaching, interactions and practices ensure that children have the best learning environment.

In G1 Early Education, we encourage connections to the natural world by fostering children’s appreciation and understanding of the natural world. This is woven into every aspect of our center’s design, including garden of vegetables and herbs which are utilized in our daily cooking as well as a worm farm, recycling stations and play-based green activities.
